Job DetailsUnion: Non-UnionNumber of vacancies: 3New or Replacement Position: ReplacementSite: Toronto Western HospitalDepartment: Connected CareReports to: ManagerSalary Range: $81,549 - $91,549 annuallyHours: 37.5 hours per weekShifts: Days, Monday - FridayStatus: Permanent Full-time, contingent on continued fundingClosing Date: May 22, 2026Job Description Senior Analyst position reports to the Manager, and will be responsible for supporting key initiatives and priorities across Connected Care.Two early priorities include transforming UHN’s outpatient experience across 300+ clinics, impacting up to 1.5 million visits annually, and supporting the expansion of the Nurse Practitioner Led Connected Care Hub, a regional service delivery asset providing community‑based care, to include Active Remote Care Monitoring.ResponsibilitiesSupport the establishment of detailed project plan to articulate time, budget, resources, scope and risks in projectsSupport project activities related to scope, schedule, resources, communications, risk, financial budget and development of resulting project documentationManage risks by balancing client expectations, project scope and taking early action to resolve problemsSuccessfully support the planning, implementation and delivery of projects within an inter‑disciplinary team workplace, including acute, outpatient and home and community care partnersRegularly engage with project sponsors and stakeholders to collect requirements and to ensure success through project lifecycleApply change management and communication strategies to multiple stakeholders and organizations throughout projectsUse the integrated delivery approach to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital health services across a varied group of stakeholdersPerform assignments and special projects in support of organizational objectives, often functioning across disciplines and areas of expertise.Work with minimal supervision and report escalations as requiredIdentify strengths and weaknesses of various alternatives and select or recommend appropriate solutions which are practical and thorough, to a wide range of complex problemsAssist in the management and monitoring of project plans and budgetsSeek to improve team performance by encouraging other team members to contribute to team tasksDemonstrate ability to oversee end‑to‑end low‑moderately complex assignments and projects with little supervision. Work with Manager to identify and resolve barriers and challengesDemonstrate critical thinking to ensure deliverables continue to align with project and program goals and vision; identify impacts of ongoing changesDemonstrate ability to lead a small group of analysts and/or students on low to moderately complex projectsLead self and peers by conduct and example. Participate and contribute on assigned project teams or committees by assisting in the development of guidelines, procedures, standards, and monitoring for industry compliance. Provide assistance and/or training to designated staff membersQualificationsUndergraduate Degree required in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field; Clinical background an asset. Masters degree an asset.Minimum 2-3 years Healthcare Project Management experience (at the senior analyst level preferred)Comprehensive knowledge of project management (project planning, implementation, evaluation, risk assessment,
