Working closely with the broader marketing and content teams, this role brings the excitement of live horseracing across multiple platforms while promoting wagering offerings and lifestyle content. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, detail‑oriented, and passionate about sports, entertainment, and storytelling through social media.KEY ACCOUTABILITESPublish and manage daily content across all corporate social media channels, covering racing action, wagering information, promotions, and lifestyle storytellingAssist in the development and execution of social media content calendars aligned with live race days, marquee events, and marketing campaignsEnsure all wagering‑related content adheres to regulatory, responsible gaming, and brand guidelinesEngage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand‑appropriate mannerSupport the creation and optimization of short‑form content including graphics, photos, video clips, and captionsSupport Sr. Manager, Content Distribution to track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvementStay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices relevant to sports, wagering,
and lifestyle audiencesAssist with on‑site content capture during live race days and special events as requiredCollaborate closely with internal teams (Content Production, Creative, and Communications) to align storytelling and ensure content is optimized for external audiences.QUALIFICATIONSPost‑secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field2–4 years of experience managing or supporting brand social media accounts (sports or entertainment experience considered an asset)Familiarity with graphic design software is a major asset (e.G., Canva, Photoshop, etc.)Robust understanding of major social platforms (e.G., Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and their content formatsFamiliarity with horseracing, sports wagering, or regulated gaming environments is preferredExcellent written communication skills with an eye for tone, timing, and audience engagementBasic experience with social media management and analytics toolsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support live racing schedulesSALARYThe target hiring salary range for this position is$60,000 - $66,000. This range is not a guarantee of compensation.
