We are hiring a Superintendent (Live-In)

Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Live-In Superintendent to help keep our residential condo building running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for residents and contractors alike, handling day-to-day maintenance, building systems, and site coordination while working closely with management.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Maintain and troubleshoot building systems, including fan coil (HVAC) units
- Serve as the main point of contact for residents and contractors in office
- Coordinate with the management team on building operations and reporting
- Log and track service requests using Safety Building, BGIS, and similar platforms
- Respond to on-call requests as needed, including emergencies outside regular hours




- Work every other weekend as part of the regular schedule

What You Bring

- 4+ years of experience as a superintendent or in building maintenance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with building management software such as Safety Building and BGIS
- Working knowledge of fan coil/HVAC systems
- Strong communication skills with residents, contractors, and management
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Availability for on-call shifts and every other weekend

Compensation: $22 per hour Reason for vacancy: Existing vacancy
