Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Follow established recipes and food handling procedures to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Assist in food presentation, garnishing dishes to enhance visual appeal
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station, adhering to sanitation standards at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy morning hours




Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate supply needs to management
Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and handled according to health regulations

Experience
Previous food service experience, particularly in breakfast or restaurant settings, is highly preferred
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods in a quick-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience working with kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and prep stations
Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently under pressure
