Deliver orthopedic consultations for CAF personnel
Lead surgical teams in both Canada and deployed settings
Advise on trauma care practices for healthcare teams
Stay clinically active within civilian hospitals
Help shape health care policy for the CAF Requirements:
Unrestricted practice license in Orthopedic Surgery required
Must be a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons
Leadership experience in a medical setting preferred
Participation in annual military training essential
