Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and perks, encouraging upselling opportunities
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays effectively
Assist customers with inquiries via phone or online chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




Manage time efficiently to ensure all responsibilities are completed promptly during shifts

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling better communication with diverse customer bases
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly
Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and product demos is advantageous
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, or remote work options if applicable
