Lead the CIBC Family Office in Alberta as Region Head, focusing on UHNW clients and tailored financial solutions. Drive business development and nurture trusted relationships for client success. As a pivotal leader at CIBC, you will oversee business development and client relationship management specific to Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.

This role requires extensive industry expertise and a proven track record in Private Banking and Wealth Management. You’ll ensure the integration of specialized services—such as investment management and tax strategies—while delivering exceptional service consistently. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new opportunities with prospective UHNW clients
Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 UHNW households




Collaborate with internal advisors to align financial solutions
Oversee integrated solutions delivery across services
Champion risk management and compliance within your team Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
10+ years in Private Banking or Wealth Management
Certified qualified (CFA, CIM, CFP, etc.)
