ClearWater CarWash is looking for energetic, outgoing, and hospitality-driven individuals who enjoy talking to people and creating exceptional customer experiences. This position is perfect for someone who is confident, friendly, and motivated to sell memberships while helping maintain smooth daily operations at the wash.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, interacting with customers throughout the day, and maintaining a positive attitude in a quick-paced setting. If you enjoy being active, talking with people, and creating great customer experiences, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Hospitality, Customer Service & Sales
Welcome every customer with a smile, energy, friendliness, and hospitality
Create a fun and positive experience for every guest
Recommend wash packages and Frequent Flyer memberships
Confidently explain membership perks and promotions
Help customers choose the best wash option for their needs
Build genuine connections with customers
Meet membership sales goals and promotions targets
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Operations & Site Duties
Safely guide and load vehicles into the wash tunnel




Perform vehicle inspections before entering the wash
Check and maintain vacuum stations
Keep the site, tunnel, and equipment clean and organized
Assist with general maintenance and daily operational tasks

What We’re Looking For
Someone who can confidently sell memberships
Strong communication and hospitality skills
Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
Comfortable approaching customers and making recommendations
Reliable, dependable and team-oriented
Customer service or sales experience is an asset
Comfortable using technology and tablets
