Lead multi-million-dollar capital projects at Auxly as the Capital Projects & Construction Manager. Oversee project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination in the cannabis industry. As a senior-level manager, you will represent the General Manager and take ownership of the capital project pipeline at Auxly.

Your expertise will drive the initiation, planning, and execution of significant projects such as expansions and installations. The role requires solid communication skills to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Own and maintain the multi-year capital project roadmap
Evaluate and prioritize current capital initiatives
Track progress on concurrent projects and flag risks




Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and reporting
Provide regular updates to the General Manager Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or related discipline
7–10+ years managing capital projects valued at $5M+
Experience as an owner's representative on large projects
Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments
