We are looking to add experienced asphalt and interlock labourers to our crew for the upcoming season. Our company specializes in high-quality residential and commercial paving and stone work, and we take pride in delivering clean, professional finishes on every project. This is a hands-on position for individuals who are confident working on active job sites and understand the pace and expectations of asphalt and interlock work. Successful candidates will be reliable, physically capable, and able to contribute right away as part of a productive, team-oriented crew.

Responsibilities
Assist with base prep including shoveling, raking, grading, and compacting gravel
Rake asphalt, assist with spreading, leveling, and roller operating
Assist with Laying interlock pavers, screed bedding sand, assist with cuts and edging
Load, unload,



and move materials (pavers, asphalt, aggregates) safely and efficiently
Keep tools, equipment, and job sites clean and organized throughout the day
Follow direction from crew leads while working efficiently alongside team members

Skills
Previous experience as a construction labourer in asphalt, paving, Comfortable using hand tools, plate compactors, saws, and basic equipment
Strong physical stamina — able to lift heavy materials and work long hours on your feet
Good awareness of job site safety and ability to work in a crew workplace
Dependable, hard-working, and able to keep up with a fast-paced crew
On time everyday

Job Type: Permanent Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
