Manage case files from initiation to resolution
Work closely with clients during recovery
Prepare coverage opinions and settlement materials
Represent clients in mediations and disputes
Collaborate with legal team while taking ownership of files Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years post-call experience required
At least 2 years in insurance-related law preferred
Must have JD and Law Society of Ontario membership
Solid judgment and communication skills
Experience with property insurance claims beneficial Lead insurance claim cases and develop your legal expertise in an creative firm setting.
