Overview

We are seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice Mechanic / Installer to join our team. This position offers a valuable prospect to develop technical skills and gain hands-on experience in helping our crews install team . The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with hands, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.

This role provides comprehensive training and working with a team. Looking for someone with shop experience, hard worker and able to work full time hours. Jobs that will be handled are, cutting various materials including aluminum, steel and others.

Responsibilities
Measure and cut materials for various equipment or vehicles
Perform routine maintenance tasks .
Use tools to repair equipment under supervision
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
Able to work with and understand basic hand tools and electrical wiring.
Document work performed accurately and report findings to supervising technicians

Requirements




High school diploma or equivalent; technical school coursework in mechanics is a plus
Robust interest in mechanical systems, automotive repair, or industrial machinery
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions carefully and learn new skills quickly
Valuable communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in various positions

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
