Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate training for current maintenance technicians • Review and maintain training and maintenance SOPs • Promote safety compliance during training and operations • Document training activities and performance evaluations • Engage with vendor-specific training sessions

Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years in a mine maintenance setting • Valid Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright Ticket • Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively • Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments • Familiarity with maintenance manuals and troubleshooting
