Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and the creation and management of Production Schedules.
- Candidates should possess solid Planning and Analytical Skills for forecasting, capacity planning, and process improvement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey schedule changes clearly.
- Experience in manufacturing, beauty, cosmetics, or a related production workplace is beneficial.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) is preferred.
