We are currently seeking a dedicated and experiencedLaw Office Managerto join our growing team.ResponsibilitiesPrimary contact for lawyers, staff and service providers regarding firm operationsManaging office equipment, facilities, software and supplies, including communicating with the firm’s vendors and service providersHandling all building related issues, including access to building and offices, office maintenance, and communicating building announcements to all firm membersOverseeing and monitoring the firm’s general and trust accounts, including attending to bank reconciliations, reporting requirements, audits, and ensuring ongoing compliance with trust accounting rules and fraud prevention protocolsHandling receivables and payables and online transactions including accounting system data entryHandling general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visitsManaging incoming and outgoing mail, faxes,
and couriersOpening and closing client files and maintain an up-to-date filing systemOverseeing firm software and technology, including setting up hardware, creating accounts and working with vendors to resolve any issuesFollowing up on accounts receivable and collectionsTracking human resources and administration, including scheduling vacation, tracking sick days and reimbursement of expensesQualificationsAt least three to five years of experience in a legal or administrative roleHuman Resources, operations, and/or office management experience or training preferredProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe AcrobatStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and multitask effectivelySuperb organizational skillsWhat We OfferA long-term, full-time permanent positionA supportive work environment where you can grow with our teamMonday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM on-site work scheduleCompetitive compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 with health benefits.
