As a key member of theclinical team, you will be responsible for managing theend‑to‑end clinical processrelated to the enhanced scan, coordinating post‑scheduling workflows, and assisting with physician education initiatives.This role involves close collaboration with thesales team, operations, and clinical staffas well as personal care with Prenuvo patients to ensure that they receive the necessary guidance and follow‑up for their enhanced scan. You will also facilitatehome lab draws, additional report distribution (body composition and brain volume quantification), and physician education coordination.If you are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and passionate about improving the patient experience in an innovative healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting‑edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!What You’ll DoEnhanced Scan CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing an enhanced scan, ensuring a smooth experience from scheduling to follow‑up.Work closely with thesales and clinical teamsto coordinate post‑scheduling workflows, ensuring patients complete all necessary steps for their scan.Facilitatehome lab drawsby coordinating with third‑party providers and ensuring results are processed in time for consultations.Ensure timely and accurate distribution ofadditional reports, includingbody composition analysis and brain volume quantification .Monitor and track patient progress throughout the enhanced scan workflow,



ensuring any potential delays or issues are addressed proactively.Provider Education Program SupportManage applications for theProvider Education Program, tracking interested participants and guiding them through the process.Coordinate physician participants'scans and follow‑up consultationsto ensure a seamless experience.Work closely with thephysician sales teamto ensure timely scheduling and engagement with program participants.Maintain an up‑to‑date database of physician education program applicants, tracking milestones and feedback.Patient & Physician CommunicationAct as a liaison betweenpatients, sales, and clinical teams, ensuring seamless coordination of clinical services.Provide timely updates and support to patients regarding their enhanced scan process, including preparation instructions, lab draws, and follow‑ups.Ensure high levels of patient and physician satisfaction by proactively addressing any concerns, answering questions, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.Maintain the highest degree ofconfidentiality and compliancewhen handling patient and physician information.What You’ll BringExperience inpatient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles(preferably in imaging, concierge medicine, or specialty healthcare).Strongorganizational and project managementskills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Excellentcommunication and relationship managementskills, with a patient‑centric and service‑oriented approach.Experience working withsales and physician relations teamsis a plus.Proficiency in usingCRM systems, scheduling platforms, and medical record systemsto track patient and physician progress.Ability towork independently in a rapid‑paced environment, problem‑solve, and anticipate patient and physician needs.Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities as the enhanced scan workflow develops.Our ValuesFirst: we arePioneersTransforming healthcare requires divergent thinking, bias for action, disciplined experimentation, and consistent grit and determination to maintain momentum.
