- Ensure scalable support systems for seamless rail operations across networks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system integration and performance

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Robotics, Railway Engineering or other relevant discipline;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in previous rail fleet and infra systems engineering experience
- performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on mechanical/electrical equipment
- Proficiency in system integration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation
- Solid understanding of rail operations, safety standards, and support processes
- Knowledge of rolling stock equipment and/or infra maintenance
- Excellent communication, teamwork,



and leadership skills for managing projects

- Salary Range: The expected compensation for this role is $80,000 – $105,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
