Are you passionate about swimming and love helping others build confidence in the water? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team!

As a Swim Instructor, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to teach swimmers of all ages and abilities while helping them develop essential swimming skills, water safety awareness, and confidence. Whether you’re working with a first-time swimmer or helping an experienced swimmer refine their technique, you’ll create a positive and encouraging environment where everyone can succeed.

What You’ll Do

- Lead engaging private and group swim lessons for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
- Teach fundamental swimming techniques, stroke development, and essential water safety skills.
- Create a fun, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where swimmers feel comfortable and motivated.
- Observe and assess swimmers’ progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Adapt lessons and teaching techniques to meet individual learning needs and abilities.
- Communicate with swimmers and families about progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and respond appropriately to pool-related emergencies.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Swim Instructor,



Lifeguard, or in a similar aquatic role is preferred.
- Valid National Lifeguard certification is required.
- Valid Standard First Aid certification is required.
- Solid swimming ability and a solid understanding of water safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Ability to work effectively with children, youth, adults, and swimmers of diverse abilities.
- A positive, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.

Position Details
- Hours: Hours vary depending on the location and program schedule.
- Pay: $22–$27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Start Date: September 2026.
- Commitment: We are looking for instructors who can commit to consistent weekly shifts throughout the fall session, which runs until December 20, 2026.
