Systems Analyst

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 12 Months (September 2026 to September 2027)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to support the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, identify system improvements, and ensure technology solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, workflows, and operational challenges.
- Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
- Develop functional specifications and recommend solution alternatives.
- Perform system analysis, workflow analysis, and impact assessments.
- Coordinate and support system testing activities, including SIT and UAT.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot applications and system issues.
- Investigate incidents,



perform root cause analysis, and assist in problem resolution.
- Work with development and support teams to implement system enhancements.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience.
- Knowledge of business process analysis and workflow design.
- Experience with system testing, defect management, and user acceptance testing.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting applications and resolving system issues.
