Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS, while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders efficiently, and responding to inquiries.
Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.




Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Square POS, is advantageous.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is essential.
