About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Construction Financial Control & Reporting to join their agile team. The successful candidate will be a key collaborator within the Finance department, serving as a strategic partner to both the Leadership and Construction & Engineering teams. This role is pivotal in overseeing the end-to-end financial lifecycle of the company's construction projects, with a focus on capital expenditures tracking, cash flow forecasting, and driving value with the construction team. The VP will be responsible for CapEx financing tracking and reporting, change management, and setting financial guardrails on construction projects. Additionally,



the role involves modeling and forecasting, particularly in the development of accurate models to predict baseline costs by geography and technology.

Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in project control or financial planning within the data center, infrastructure, or heavy construction industry, with a strong preference for those with a background in the data center industry. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business administration, and advanced knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, and project management tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects valued at $100M or more, and possess the ability to influence various teams, high organizational skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A CPA title is an asset, and the role demands a professional with outstanding communication skills, positive business acumen, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
