LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, social media, etc.)Establish & foster strong stakeholder relationships at all levels across the organizationEnsure optimal hiring manager experiences by considering regular feedback, and maintaining frequent communicationMaintain adequate performance through regular tracking & review of TA metricsEnsure consistency and accuracy of TA dataEnsure a positive candidate experiencePartner with the team to continuously optimize processes and drive improvements throughout the hiring lifecyclePartner with the leadership team & the broader HR team on ongoing initiativesFoster a growth mindset by focusing on continuous development and staying up to date on industry best practices/standardsWhat You Bring6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience,



owning the full recruitment lifecycle for roles varying in level; experience working in amatrixed organization an assetExperience with various methods of sourcing strategies including LinkedIn RecruiterExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and other TA platforms to support hiring initiatives; ATS implementation experience an assetExperience and comfort working in a data-driven environmentProficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)Solutions-oriented mindset with a high sense of urgency & adaptabilityStrong relationship building skillsEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational and time management skillsA team mentality with openness to collaboration and receiving and providing feedbackOur offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in office and remote working days throughout the week – this role requires 3 days/week working in our Vancouver office. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
