As a Store Manager at The Shoe Co., you will report to the District Manager and lead the team to achieve store objectives, including in‑store sales, web orders, recruiting, performance management, training and development.Key Job AccountabilitiesAssumes leadership role with accountability for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.Lead an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.Recruit, manage, develop, and train top talent who have a love of shoes.Achieves company objectives and enhances The Shoe Co. brand image by modeling our values of Passion, Accountability, Collaboration, and Authenticity/humility.Develops and implement agile business plans to achieve results.Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.Maintain effective,
