Job DescriptionLooking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing and dynamic Finance Business Partner team. This position will support the senior members of the FP&A team in providing financial analysis and insights to support Microchip’s business units and business decision‑making processes.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and templates on a regular basis for Business Unit management reviewSupport Senior Analysts with financial analysis related to revenue, gross margin, OpEx, CapEx, and headcount, including reconciliations for assigned Business UnitsPartner closely with Accounting team to ensure accurate accounting results and proper accounting treatmentSupport process improvement initiatives and financial system enhancement or automation in collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive common practices and improve productivityProvide assistance for ad‑hoc financial analysis, reporting, and data analytics as neededRequirements / QualificationsUndergraduate BBA or BComm degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting,



or Information SciencePrior experience in FP&A or Finance/Accounting (including internships or co‑op experience) is preferredStrong proficiency with Excel and the ability to research, analyze, and investigate data independentlyStrong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)Comfortable managing large volumes of data in different formats and systemsDetail‑oriented, well‑organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsTravel TimeNo TravelPay RangeWe offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
