The position consists of organizing inbound RFQs, managing their bid board, parts ordering, parts customer service, and the coordination/booking of their technical service team.Salary Range – $60,000–$70,000Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and oversee the estimating inbox, ensuring all project information is accurately tracked and organized, including:Project drawingsAddenda and revisionsBidder informationSubmission deadlinesCollaborate closely with Senior Estimators and Sales Managers to coordinate bid schedules, closing dates, and vendor participation.Distribute drawings, specifications,



and related documentation to vendors ahead of bid closing deadlines as needed.Deliver exceptional customer support and maintain professional client relationships.Prepare quotations and process parts orders accurately and efficiently.Support warranty claims and assist with resolving issues related to defective parts.Handle software platform activities and respond promptly to incoming service requests.Coordinate with technical teams to optimize scheduling, maximize productivity, and ensure service calls are assigned effectively.Qualifications & SkillsPost‑secondary education in business or a related field is considered an asset.Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry or related experience preferred.Professional, approachable, and confident demeanor when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.Positive attitude with a strong sense of initiative and enthusiasm for teamwork.Professional mindset with a commitment to maintaining a productive workplace environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.Effective critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting with minimal supervision.Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and respect in all aspects of work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
