Reporting to the Senior Manager, Category Management & Merchandising Operations, this role ensures accurate and timely execution across pricing, promotions, and master data processes.This position is critical to maintaining operational continuity across stores and digital channels, ensuring product information, pricing,
and promotional activities are correctly configured within systems to support the customer experience and commercial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesMaster Data & Product Information ManagementExecute new item setup and maintain ongoing product information accuracy within D365 F&O and PlytixPerform routine data audits to ensure completeness and alignment with master data standardsMaintain product hierarchies, attributes, and categorization as requiredPricing & Promotion ExecutionCreate, update, and validate pricing structures, discounts, and promotional setups in accordance with approved plansSupport weekly price book and planogram setup, ensuring accuracy prior to deploymentIdentify discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutionTicket Management & Issue ResolutionMonitor the Product Management ticket board and ensure timely triage and resolution of requestsSupport investigation and resolution of website pricing issues in partnership with Business TechnologyEscalate complex issues as appropriateProcess SupportDocument and maintain SOPs to support consistent executionAssist in testing and implementation of system enhancements and new ERP functionalitySupport process improvement initiatives led by the Merchandising Operations teamPrepare and maintain standard operational reports using ERP and ticket dataSupport weekly and ad‑hoc reporting related to pricing, promotions, and master dataPerform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of outputsSuccess MeasuresAccuracy of product, pricing,
