Launched in 1999, Executive Education (Exec Ed) has over two decades of experience working with middle and senior‑level management professionals in organizations and developing customized non-credit and credit‑based education programs. Long‑term partnerships guide programming that enables a deep understanding of clients' needs and the design of custom programs to address those needs.
About The Role The Coordinator, Executive Education, works collaboratively within the unit to implement, deliver and evaluate credit and non-credit programs, policies and procedures that contribute to high quality educational experiences for clients and prospective partners. The Coordinator manages program administration and provides operational support for designated programs; administers special events including local, national and international programming; conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses and prepares reports; coordinates program budgets and participates in cost projections.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline,
and two years of related experience in coordinating the administration and delivery of custom credit and/or non-credit programs, including experience in event planning, program/project management, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Good knowledge of data analysis including: compiling and identifying appropriate data, methods of data analysis, and reporting of results, implications, and recommendations.
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
