Elevate the lives of seniors as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Bria Communities. The Waterford in South Delta invites compassionate professionals to apply for a fulfilling nursing position.
Reporting directly to the Director of Care, you will play a crucial role in the daily care of our residents, including medication administration and health evaluations. This position requires a commitment to excellence as you supervise Care Aides and ensure the highest standards of resident care and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and document procedures accurately
• Maintain residents’ health records and safety protocols
• Conduct secure resident transfers and mobility assistance
• Implement effective infection control measures
• Assess and report changes in resident health proactively
Requirements:
• BCCNP registration in good standing required
• Preferred two years of nursing experience in long-term care
• Leadership qualities to inspire and guide staff
• Competence in English communication
• Ability to independently perform nursing tasks
