Working closely with staff, leadership, and community members, the Advisor ensures policies reflect community priorities, support effective operations, and align with governance, funding, and regulatory requirements.This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful, community-driven work that enhances programs and supports the wellbeing of community members.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPolicy & Program DevelopmentDevelop, review, and update policies, procedures, and program frameworks across Community Services.Ensure alignment with the Nation’s strategic priorities, governance direction, and cultural values.Translate funding agreements, legislation, and regulatory requirements into practical, user-friendly policies.Community Engagement & CollaborationEngage community members, Elders, and staff to inform policy and program development.Facilitate discussions, workshops,
