Role: Customer Service Representative

Type: 3 month contract

Location: Onsite in Brantford, ON

Rate: $18-$20/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Customer Service Representative to enable operations to meet its customer satisfaction objectives through the support of customer needs & expectations with a high level of speed and accuracy with respect to order handling, expediting, inquiries as well as a resource to PT, FP, Auto After-market, & other divisions.
Must have solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues and demonstrate the ability to assimilate product information, policies and procedures and disperse information to customers in a positive, quick and productive manner.
Must be able to make “positive sense’ decisions quickly, be deadline driven and be able to handle changes in priority efficiently.
Must be able to handle a high volume of calls which requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.
Must be well organized,



able to manage diverse job tasks, disciplined and assertive and be a self-starter, and work autonomously to achieve customer satisfaction.
Must have a robust attention to detail with superior documentation and follow up skills.
Must demonstrate the ability to work with limited supervision as well as in a team.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years post secondary education
2+ years of data entry experience
2+ years of customer service experience
Microsoft Office suite experience

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Order entry experience
Manufacturing/distribution industry experience
