The successful candidate will work collaboratively with team members to support program implementation, prepare activities and materials, and assist with the delivery of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)‑based strategies under the guidance of clinical consultants and supervisors.This role is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs Program and is intended to provide meaningful employment experience within the non‑profit and developmental services sector.Key ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with Classroom Facilitators to support and implement group‑based programmingAssist in implementing individualized strategies for children as recommended by Clinical ConsultantsSupport the monitoring of children’s progress and assist with goal settingPrepare activities, visual supports, and program materialsParticipate in and facilitate group activities and classroom routinesKeep Supervisors and Classroom Facilitator #2 (CF2) informed of program concerns or observationsEffectively use ABA teaching strategies and behavioural support approachesParticipate in team meetings and staff discussionsMaintain professionalism, confidentiality,
