Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Taekwondo Master to work as a team and develop martial arts enthusiasts of all ages. As a Taekwondo Master, you will be responsible for designing engaging training programs, and teach our tiger kicks curriculum. teaching fundamental and advanced techniques, and fostering a positive environment that promotes discipline, confidence, and physical fitness. Your expertise will help students achieve their personal goals while maintaining safety and respect within the dojo.

Duties

- Conduct agile Taekwondo classes for students of various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners
- Develop customized training plans that emphasize proper technique, form, and discipline
- Teach fundamental skills such as stances, kicks, punches, blocks, and sparring strategies
- Promote safety protocols during training sessions to prevent injuries
- Organize belt testing and grading assessments to recognize student progress
- Foster a respectful and motivating environment that encourages personal growth




- Incorporate additional activities such as swimming or fitness exercises to enhance overall athleticism when applicable

Requirements Must have first aid in CPR, must have a police background check. (Current)

- Proven experience in teaching Taekwondo at different skill levels with a strong understanding of martial arts principles
- Certification as a Taekwondo or equivalent black belt rank from a recognized martial arts organization
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate students
- Ability to demonstrate proper techniques clearly and safely
- Passion for teaching and inspiring others to develop their martial arts journey
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and foster an inclusive environment for all students
- Must be a team player. At Tiger kicks we have several instructors and we all work together as one team..
