Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their tattoo ideas, offering guidance on design, placement, and aftercare.
- Prepare skin by cleaning and sterilizing the area, adhering strictly to sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment.
- Use tattoo machines and related equipment skillfully to create precise, high-quality tattoos in various styles.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace, following all health regulations related to sanitation and body modification procedures.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, explaining procedures, and ensuring a comfortable experience throughout the appointment.
- Promote studio services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and retail products through upselling and product demos.




- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales efficiently.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients of all backgrounds.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to body art studios to maintain a hygienic environment at all times.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures and building rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling studio services or products such as skincare or beauty enhancements.
- Familiarity with front desk operations including appointment scheduling and client management systems.
- Additional skills in body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application or nail care are highly desirable for cross-service offerings.
- A passion for hospitality and guest services that ensures every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
