Team Leader Summary The Team Leader plays a key role in supporting daily operations and helping the team achieve its goals. Working closely with employees on the floor, they plan activities, prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure operational objectives are met.

This role combines leadership, coaching, and problem-solving to support a protected, productive, and positive work environment. The Team Leader also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and helps the team deliver quality results every day.
