Ricky’s All Day Grill in Peace River, AB is looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our team!

Ricky’s All Day Grill is one of Canada’s fastest-growing casual restaurant chains. We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, and experienced individual who takes pride in preparing quality food and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.

Qualifications & Competencies The ideal candidate will:

- Have an enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Be reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Follow all food safety standards and procedures
- Hold a valid Food Handler Certificate
- Follow brand standards, systems, and procedures consistently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Have robust communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English
- Have 1–2 years of kitchen or line cook experience

Key Responsibilities As a Kitchen Hand / Cook, your responsibilities will include:




- Opening and/or closing the kitchen according to established procedures
- Preparing, cooking, and plating food in a timely and consistent manner
- Following recipes, portion controls, and brand standards
- Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to quality standards
- Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Completing daily kitchen cleaning and maintenance duties
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Keeping the kitchen organized and properly stocked throughout the shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Peace River, AB T8S 1S9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Food Safety Certification (preferred)
