Position: Sales Associate

Location: Red Deer, AB

Job Type: Full-time or Part time

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour

What You'll Do

- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Assist customers with product information and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Educate customers on vaping products, nicotine alternatives, and accessories.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Receive, organize, and restock inventory.
- Assist with stock counts and general inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Complete opening and closing duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep the store running smoothly.

What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail and/or customer service experience.
- Previous cash handling and POS system experience.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving industry.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
