Job Summary:

As an Associate at Harvey’s, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through friendly service, quality food, and a clean, welcoming environment. We are currently seeking team members with full availability, including opening, day, afternoon, evening, and closing shifts. Flexibility and reliability are essential in supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant across all dayparts.

Key Responsibilities: Guest Service & Food Preparation:

- Greet guests with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter, grill, and kitchen area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

General Duties:
- Work assigned stations such as kitchen (grill/fryer) or garnish line, ensuring speed, accuracy, and adherence to Harvey’s quality standards
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to handle transactions and guest orders
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels throughout your shift
- Assist team members during high-volume periods to maintain service flow
- Adapt to changing needs across different shifts and responsibilities

Opening Duties (As Scheduled):
- Complete setup and preparation for service
- Ensure all equipment is functional and ready
- Stock stations and prep items for daily volume
- Perform food safety checks (temps,



sanitation)

Closing Duties (As Scheduled):
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all stations and guest areas
- Disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment
- Dispose of garbage and recycling
- Secure restaurant assets and follow closing protocols

Qualifications:

- Previous QSR or restaurant experience is an asset but not required
- Must have full availability for all shift types (including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Team-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethic
