As an Assistant Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store setting, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. You will be responsible for coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in‑store sales, web orders, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to problem‑solve, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, lead a dynamic team, collaborate, and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success.Key Job AccountabilitiesAssume a leadership role with accountability for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.Facilitate achievement of business results by role‑modeling a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that promotes positive customer connections and loyalty.Lead an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.Recruit, manage, develop, and train top talent who have a love of shoes.Achieve company objectives and enhance The Shoe Co. brand image by modeling our values of passion, accountability, collaboration, and authenticity/humility.Develop and implement agile business plans to achieve results.Foster teamwork, collaboration,
