Reporting functionally to the Commercial Director and working closely with project leadership, this role is accountable for providing contractual, financial, and commercial leadership to project teams during project execution. The Senior Commercial Specialist is responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of assigned projects within the Business Unit, typically supporting projects with annual revenues exceeding $25M. The role also includes mentoring and guiding commercial coordinators while supporting project teams to ensure disciplined contract administration, strong commercial performance, and successful project outcomes.Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to SiteLead commercial and contract management for assigned projects, overseeing prime contracts, subcontracts, and commercial administration to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and successful project executionProvide commercial and financial oversight by managing cash flow, revenue projections, cost control, forecasting, profit and loss reporting, and risk and opportunity positions throughout the project lifecycleSupport change management and claims by leading change order pricing and approvals, preparing and evaluating claims, resolving disputes, and ensuring contractual entitlements are protectedAdvise and support project teams by providing contractual, commercial, and financial guidance,
