Candidates must have a relevant Master's or MBA, teaching experience in HRM, and the ability to deliver in-person classes.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach course ADM4338 focusing on sustainability training
Connect sustainability strategies with performance appraisals
Design effective training and career development plans
Deliver career development programs for students
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives

Requirements:
MBA or Master's degree in human resources management
Recent professional experience directly related to course
Teaching experience in HRM preferred
CHRP or CHRL designation is a plus
Ability to teach in person

Lead future specialists in sustainable practices at the University of Ottawa.
