As the Manager for Lodging & Travel, you report to GM Operations and play a crucial role in overseeing travel logistics and camp operations. This includes leading the team to ensure compliance with safety regulations while enhancing the quality of life for the workforce. Your expertise will help drive operational continuity at the Eskay Creek project.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Travel and Camp Services teams, fostering service culture
Oversee all logistics including flights and vehicle rentals
Manage high-quality operations for catering and housekeeping




Lead vendor management for service scopes and compliance
Facilitate collaboration across project and safety teams
Requirements:
10 years of relevant remote logistics experience
5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
Proven skills in contract negotiations
Familiarity with INX In Flight and MS Office
Robust problem-solving abilities in challenging settings
