In this temporary position, you will lead the effort to strengthen safeguarding capacity at World Renew, focusing on preventing abuse and ensuring compliance. Collaborate with various teams to integrate effective safeguarding measures into programming and engage in community-based support initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the review and improvement of safeguarding systems
Support staff in identifying and mitigating safeguarding risks




Coordinate training and awareness initiatives for multiple stakeholders
Ensure alignment with international safeguarding standards and legal frameworks
Maintain and report on safeguarding records and resources
Requirements:
Advanced degree in Social Work, Law, or similar
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Solid knowledge of child protection and safeguarding frameworks
Excellent training and facilitation skills
Familiarity with Canadian and U. S. legal frameworks
