You will work closely with the Director of Road Maintenance and Drainage, focusing on budget management and program coordination. Key Responsibilities:



- Manage road maintenance and repair programs - Supervise and lead field staff with focus on safety - Monitor budget performance and coordinate programs - Collaborate with other departments for integrated service - Ensure adherence to departmental priorities and regulations
Requirements: - Post-Secondary Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field - Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) required - Five years of relevant management experience - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean record
