This position reports to the Kitchen Manager, the ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and team player and will have previous kitchen experience. We focus on building and maintaining long lasting relationships with our staff and guests and encourage you to come “Experience the Ultimate” and be a part of our team.The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized station, and ensuring a high standard of food quality, presentation, and timing.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare all food items consistently and efficiently according to recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standardsSet up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before serviceOperate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipmentFollow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards at all timesAssist with receiving, rotating,
