Position Overview
Toronto area wellness clinic is seeking an experienced practitioner who is qualified to provide both Registered Massage Therapy and Osteopathic Manual Therapy .
This is a priority role for a high-calibre practitioner who is clinically strong, professional, personable, and interested in building a long-term practice within one of downtown Toronto’s most established multidisciplinary clinics.
The ideal candidate will already have a strong reputation, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to attract, retain, and grow a consistent patient caseload.
Required Availability
The preferred schedule includes:
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Saturday
- Sunday
Candidates do not necessarily need to work every listed day, but strong weekend availability—particularly Saturday and Sunday is highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
- Is also qualified as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
- Belongs to a recognized osteopathic professional association
- Has professional liability insurance
- Has strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and manual therapy skills
- Provides a high standard of individualized, patient-centred care
- Communicates treatment recommendations clearly and confidently
- Has a demonstrated ability to retain patients and develop a sustainable caseload
- Is professional, reliable, organized, and collaborative
- Is comfortable treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Is interested in a long-term opportunity rather than a temporary position
- Works well alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other healthcare professionals
Preference will be given to practitioners with an established patient following, several years of clinical experience, or a strong professional reputation. Exceptional newer practitioners may still be considered if they demonstrate outstanding clinical ability, professionalism, and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
The practitioner will be expected to:
- Conduct thorough assessments
- Provide Registered Massage Therapy and Osteopathic Manual Therapy treatments
- Develop and communicate appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide patients with education and relevant home-care recommendations
- Communicate with other members of the healthcare team when clinically appropriate
- Maintain all professional, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Build strong patient relationships and support continuity of care
- Participate positively in the clinic’s collaborative environment
This role pays a competitive compensation of 60% of service fee. There are other perks beyond the pay mentioned above which will be discussed later in the recruitment process. The compensation is dependent on the candidate experience and educational profile and will be evaluated during the interview process.
