Our work includes vendor markets, event technology, automation systems, and customer-facing digital products.We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can help design modern, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences across our websites, event systems, internal tools, and applications.Position OverviewThe UX/UI Designer will help improve the user experience and visual design of our digital products, websites, and internal systems. This role focuses on creating clean user flows, improving usability, and designing interfaces that feel contemporary, intuitive, and conversion-focused.You will work closely with operations, development, marketing, and leadership teams to improve how users interact with our platforms and event systems.Key ResponsibilitiesUX DesignDesign intuitive user experiences for websites and applicationsCreate wireframes, user flows, and customer journey mapsImprove navigation and usability across platformsResearch user behavior and identify friction pointsOptimize workflows for event organizers, vendors, clients, and attendeesConduct design reviews and recommend usability improvementsUI DesignDesign modern, responsive interfacesCreate layouts for dashboards, event systems, portals, and landing pagesMaintain visual consistency across platformsDesign components, buttons, forms,
