Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and support Procurement Specialists in projects - Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships - Review solicitation language for compliance - Facilitate formal procurement processes and contracts - Develop procurement documents and performance reports
Requirements: - Minimum four years in a public procurement role - Bachelor’s degree;
Master’s preferred - Experience with procurement compliance and policies - Leadership experience with direct reports - Certification in procurement preferred
