BCIT’s School of Energy is currently recruiting a full time instructor for its Industrial Instrumentation Department. In this role, you will provide quality instruction in the apprenticeship and diploma programs while continually updating curriculum materials.

Collaboration with industry is essential, which may involve occasional travel and shift work.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures across various instrumentation programs
Prepare laboratory projects and examinations
Revise and enhance lesson content regularly
Keep informed of industry developments for effective teaching
Evaluate and assess students’ progress through coursework

Requirements:
Red Seal Instrumentation certification necessary
At least five years' experience in relevant fields required
Proficient English communication skills
Basic knowledge of computer applications
Teaching experience or supervisory roles preferred
