The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in MS Power Apps and Power Automate, work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and deliver high‑quality solutions. The role involves translating user requirements into technical specifications, writing code, preparing design specifications, supporting system design, providing advice on security requirements, and debugging business systems and service applications. The developer will drive the overall software development lifecycle, working across functional teams to transform requirements into features, managing development teams and processes, and conducting software testing and maintenance.ResponsibilitiesTranslate user needs into technical specifications by understanding, conceptualizing, and facilitating technical requirements from users.Analyze, develop, test, and implement new software programs and document the entire software development life cycle.Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and fault rectification of system and core software components.Ensure code/configurations adhere to security, logging, error handling, and performance standards and non‑functional requirements.Evaluate new technologies for fit with the program/system/eco‑system and associated upstream and downstream impacts on process, data, and risk.Follow release management processes and standards, and apply version controls.Assist in interpreting and documenting client requirements.Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader,enterprise‑wide focus.Exercise judgment to identify,
