Job DescriptionSunday/Monday Schedule: $19-$20 per hour. Full‑time benefits include a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching up to 4%, childcare and eldercare assistance, flexible spending accounts, and additional team member discounts.ResponsibilitiesRespond to resident needs promptly and kindly, maintaining each resident’s self‑respect, personal dignity, safety, and confidentiality (50%)Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care is provided (10%)Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, meals, transport, and bowel/bladder functions (20%)Assist at mealtime with meal selection, serving, eating, clearing, and room tray delivery (3%)Transport residents as necessary, escorting them to meals, activities, or other transportation needs (3%)Perform regular safety checks on residents (1%)Encourage resident participation in daily activities such as bed making, laundry, cleaning, and table setting (1%)Invite, encourage, assist, and lead residents in meaningful and enrichment activities (3%)Complete laundry, cleaning, and other community duties as required (1%)Manage oxygen tanks and concentrators per MD orders (1%)Chart and document appropriate information, including incident reports, and communicate any changes in resident condition immediately to a supervisor (4%)Respond promptly to resident alerts using walkie‑talkies, reacting to emergencies or other resident requests (3%)Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times, including fire or safety drills (1%)Non‑Essential DutiesDisplay a positive and professional image through actions and dress in accordance with MBK core valuesEncourage teamwork through open communication with co‑workers and other departmentsDemonstrate effective time‑management skills so that all resident assignments are completed daily per shiftDisplay tact and friendliness when dealing with residents, families,
